Refund Policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

We accept exchanges and returns as long as they meet the following criteria:


1. Contact us no more than 3 days after receiving your order and send us a picture of the damage item via sparkle.sarah.sofia@gmail.com or contact us at 787-930-7361 (WhatsApp).


2. Ship the accessories within 5 days of receiving your order. Client is responsible for shipping costs.


3. We do not accept cancellations of orders.


The following accessories do NOT apply for exchange or return unless it is a defect or damaged upon receipt:


1. Custom or personalized orders.


2. Accessories that for health or hygiene cannot be changed, such as earrings (but not limited to). Sanitary, Covid 19 and other policies will be applied.


3. Accessories that are on sale or discount.


4. Gift Cards and/or Gift Certificates.


Important:


1. We do DO NOT offer cash or credit card refunds (ATH Movil, Paypal, and other credit cards).


2. Only a credit is offered to be redeemed at the store (SPARKLE) in a timeline of 14 business days. Excluding original shipping costs.

Please note: Personalized, custom orders, gift cards or certificates, and final sale items cannot be returned.
